Let’s save taxpayers money and at the same time reduce the deficit for the province!

According to a study by the Atlantic Institute for Market Studies (AIMS), N.B. consumers have paid $16.4 million more than they should have for gas since 2006, when the gas regulation program started. Each day the total increases and the total for the Atlantic provinces is astronomical. So why not scrap the whole gas regulation program and save the consumer money and at the same time get rid of or cut the Energy Utilities Board? This will help the province lower the deficit.

Two positives: lower gas prices and less cost for the province.
